WESTVILLE — The Indiana Commission for Higher Education (ICHE) has approved allowing Purdue University North Central to offer bachelor's degree programs in Psychology and in History. Students may enroll in these bachelor's degree programs this fall. With the addition of the two new programs, Purdue North Central will offer 22 baccalaureate programs.

SPRINGBORO — Two Indiana men appearing Monday in federal court on charges stemming from Friday’s standoff at a Springboro bank were released less than a year ago from Indiana prisons.Anton Alexander and Anthony Phillips surrendered Friday to law enforcement officials in Springboro, ending a five-hour standoff at the Fifth Third Bank on North Main Street.
